Greetings, Adventurer!
My name is Arty (or Lags), I'm a part time retro game enthusiast and a full time software engineer and student. Well, apparently I have another hobby of having my own website now.
My love for software and computers as it usually happens started from games. I was fascinated by the 'games of the elden days', like Legend of Zelda and Pokémon. However, as many dreams fail, so did my dream of becoming a game developer for Nintendo® fail miserably, so I resorted to studying the next best thing, which was, obviously, Operating Systems. I graduated from Purdue University's Computer Science program in Fall of 2025. And I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at UIUC.
Outside of being a corporate slave, I play tabletop games and TCGs, practice photography, manage my own server and self-hosted services, and generally touch grass.
